REFUND POLICY

At Anura, quality is of the utmost importance to us. That's why we have a thorough quality control process in place to ensure that each piece of jewellery meets our high standards before it is delivered to our customers.

Every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected for any defects or inconsistencies in craftsmanship. Once the jewellery has passed our initial quality control checks, it is then packaged in our signature packaging and delivered to our customers. We take great pride in our ability to provide our customers with high-quality and long-lasting jewellery that they can enjoy for years to come. 

 

RETURNS:

• We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 7 day (from purchase date) return policy for our customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and unworn with tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

If the items are received in poor conditions we won't be able to proceed with the return as requested.

• Please be aware that our policy does not include refunds for delivery fees. This means that once a delivery fee has been paid, it is non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

• If you wish to exchange your purchased item for a different size or colour, please send an email to anura.qa@mail.com or contact us on WhatsApp at 50525212 with your order number and the specific details of your request. We will make every effort to accommodate your request (if submitted within 7 days), however, please note that stock availability cannot be guaranteed.

If the items are received in poor conditions we won't be able to proceed with the return as requested.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

• Personalised orders are non-refundable. Customised products are made specifically for you, and therefore, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not applicable to these items.

• Earrings and piercings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

• Sale items are final, and we cannot issue refunds for these purchases.

 

INTERNATIONAL:

• For international orders, in the event that your package remains unclaimed or is returned to us, we will offer a refund for the product value, but please note that delivery charges, customs fees, and taxes will not be refundable. Please note that this also applies towards shipping charges for items you may wish to refund and return to us.
