QATAR:
• At Anura, the cost of delivery is determined by the location. For orders totalling 300 QR or more, we offer a free delivery service.

• If the shipment has not been sent out, you have the flexibility to cancel the order or modify the delivery address. Please reach out to us via Email: anura.qa@mail.com or Phone/WhatsApp: +974 50525212 to initiate the necessary modifications.
• Delivery is typically scheduled within 24 hours after placing an order. Customers with an account will receive an email notification once the order has been dispatched.
• Anura's delivery service operates 7 day a week, between 10:30 and 21:00.
GCC:
• We use Qatar Post to ship out our products. Expect your order to arrive within 3 to 12 business days. All international orders will come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

• Important: Be aware that shipments to certain countries might be subject to local import taxes and duties. These expenses shall be the responsibility of the recipient, hence it is advisable that you check this with your country's customs office prior to completing the order.
• Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions or customs clearance procedures. In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will be processed only upon official confirmation from the postal service.
